Investing in massage is an investment in your health.

We offer many forms of massage depending on your needs and preferences.   Our most popular massages include: neuromuscular therapy, Swedish Massage, deep tissue, pre-natal, and sports massage. 

Please ask if you have any special requests.  Our normal rate is $60 for an hour or $80 for an hour and a half (a $10 discount!).

Personal Training

 We offer one-on-one personal training for $20 for an hour.

Hypnotherapy

Our rates vary depending on the type of therapy provided.  As a general rule, each one-hour session is $60.  While many types of issues can be resolved with just one session, other issues may require multiple sessions.  Please visit the Advanced Hypnosis page for more information or call us for a free consultation.  In some cases, we may be able to accomodate a small group at a reduced rate per person.  Each situation is unique, so call for more information.
